Parking for 2 cars is provided.
For ease of access the lodge has a ramp to enter so ideal for cases, pushchairs or wheelchairs.
One small non casting dog allowed as per terms agreed at time of booking (extra charge £40).
Bedroom 1
King size bed with dressing area and lots of storage . En-suite bathroom with WC and large walk in shower - Smart TV.
Bedroom 2
Double bed with 2 double wardrobes and large smart TV. En-suite bathroom with WC, corner walk in shower cubicle and a bath.
Bedroom 3
Twin room with 2 single beds, dressing area snd wardrobe. Smart TV.
(All bed linen is supplied)
The Living Area
large open plan and has double bi fold opening doors direct onto the decking area with furniture. Steps also lead directly down to the lake area . The lodge is fully equipped including free WiFi, Smart TV with Netflix and Prime Amazon movies, Alexa and DVD player.
The kitchen
Has a large island area for cooking and entertaining with all integrated appliances needed. A BBQ is provided for those sunny days to enjoy while the family and friends can play on the many garden games provided .
We additionally supply free of charge if requested at time of booking the following:

£50 deposit secures dates (non refundable).
£100 security bond is required payable with full balance 6 weeks before arrival date. The bond is refunded as per terms of booking once it has been checked.
Maximum 6 guests including children (unless baby in cot).
